-  No events, parties, or large gatherings.

-  Property does contain two security cameras, neither of which look into interior spaces.

-  Single lane driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles.  

-  Chattanooga Metro Airport is 70 miles away (less stressful drive).

-  Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is 93 miles away.
